You don’t have to know how to eat healthy
to get healthy food on the table.
Going to the grocery store is an effort in futility. You want to feed your family healthy food that doesn’t taste like sawdust, but you have no idea where to start. You’ve heard that gluten is bad, but you don’t even know what gluten is. You know that too much meat is bad, but only red meat, right? (A complete myth, by the way.) Sugar has been likened to cocaine, but what about fruit? That’s full of sugar, isn’t it? A person could go crazy trying to figure it all out.
The bottom line is, there are 7 days in a week. You (try to) eat 3 meals a day. That’s 21 meals in a week that you need to plan into your life. And while frozen meals are super convenient (and so is take out) you don’t know what’s really in that food.
It’s time for you to make the choice.
To choose better food for you and your family. To choose quality ingredients.
To provide nourishing meals to your loved ones, without the stress of spending hours in the kitchen.
